When it comes to one’s mental health, no differently than their physical health, the only true way to diagnose someone is in person. Companies claiming that they can provide medical diagnostics and mental health services remotely truly cannot do that. This is because part of diagnosing or treating someone involves being able to read their body language face to face. When you are interacting with them online or in a teleconference reading them becomes harder and inaccurate. The Wall Street Journal though, they want people to believe that it is a good way to treat children’s mental health needs.
